Based just outside Leamington Spa, Lloyd-Thomas Architects is ideally situated to cover the Midlands and beyond. The practice has completed housing projects in Warwickshire, Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Gloucestershire, Worcestershire and Surrey.

Having a combined experience of over 30 years practising as architects, the founding partners have gained design skills and first-hand knowledge of numerous building types, including individual houses.

This ‘RIBA Chartered Practice’ provides a unique balance of imaginative design and practical, cost-sensitive solutions. This, together with the ability to form an effective affiliation with clients, enables Lloyd-Thomas Architects to provide bespoke environments directly relevant to the brief.

The practice specialises in one-off houses, domestic extensions, barn conversions, listed buildings and refurbishments. It is well versed in the design of timber-frame houses, including green oak structures. Green oak construction appeals to the practice’s environmental philosophy, as it is keen to promote sustainable building solutions.
